Yes. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you pay only for the repair itself.
How do you set prices for parts and labor?
We price from the Appliance Blue Book (Major Appliance Job Rate Guide), the industry standard, and aim to come in about 10% below those rates. You see the price before we start.
