Burners won't light or keep clicking
A dirty or wet burner, a cracked igniter or a failing spark module are the usual causes.
Oven won't reach temperature
A worn oven igniter is very common on gas ovens. It can glow without opening the gas valve. Electric ovens more often need an element or sensor.
Oven door or hinges not closing tight
Worn hinges let heat escape, which slows cooking and can overheat the knobs and controls.
Refrigerator warm or icing up
Fans, defrost parts and door seals are the first things we check on Viking built-in refrigeration.
Dishwasher leaking or not cleaning
Spray arms, pumps, seals and filters are common causes.
How a Viking repair works
- Diagnostic visit. A technician inspects your Viking appliance, finds the cause and gives you a written quote. The visit is $99.
- You approve the repair. The $99 is waived. If a part has to be ordered, you pay 50% so we can order the part for your exact model.
- We complete the repair. Once the part arrives, we install it and test the appliance with you.
- You pay the balance. The remaining 50% is due only after the appliance works. Most repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Yes. Many older Viking ranges are worth repairing, and we tell you honestly if a part is no longer available.

Yes. We repair Viking built-in refrigerators and freezers, not just cooking appliances.
Are you a factory-authorized Viking service center?
No. AT Appliance Repair and Maintenance is an independent repair company. If your Viking appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Viking first, because work by an independent company may not be covered by that warranty.
How much does a Viking repair cost?
Every repair starts with a $99 diagnostic and a written quote for parts and labor. If you go ahead, the $99 is waived. Most repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty. When a part has to be ordered, you pay 50% when we order it and 50% once the repair is done.
