Often a blocked filter or drain pump. We read the fault, confirm the cause and quote the repair.
Dishwasher leaving dishes dirty
Spray arms, filters, the circulation pump or water supply can all reduce cleaning.
Washer not draining or door won't unlock
Usually a clogged drain filter or pump. The door stays locked until the water drains, so the two problems often show up together.
Dryer taking too long
On heat pump dryers, clogged lint and plinth filters are the most common cause. On vented models, a blocked vent or a heating fault is more likely.
Oven or steam oven errors
Sensors, door switches and water systems on steam ovens are common repair points.
How a Miele repair works
- Diagnostic visit. A technician inspects your Miele appliance, finds the cause and gives you a written quote. The visit is $99.
- You approve the repair. The $99 is waived. If a part has to be ordered, you pay 50% so we can order the part for your exact model.
- We complete the repair. Once the part arrives, we install it and test the appliance with you.
- You pay the balance. The remaining 50% is due only after the appliance works. Most repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty.

Yes. Heat pump dryers work differently from vented dryers, and we diagnose both.
Should I repair or replace my Miele dishwasher?
Most Miele dishwasher problems are repairable for much less than a replacement. We give you a written quote before any work.
Are you a factory-authorized Miele service center?
No. AT Appliance Repair and Maintenance is an independent repair company. If your Miele appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Miele first, because work by an independent company may not be covered by that warranty.

Every repair starts with a $99 diagnostic and a written quote for parts and labor. If you go ahead, the $99 is waived. Most repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty. When a part has to be ordered, you pay 50% when we order it and 50% once the repair is done.
